High and dry with all weather access, the week-ender is open plan with a basic kitchen. Sliding doors open onto the small verandah out front while a pa door opens onto the paved undercover area between the week-ender and caravan.

There is 500 gallons of rainwater collection off the shed which is used for showering and a further 1,000 gallons collected off the garden shed out back. Water is pumped from the dam for outdoor use.

There is a pretty little creek which runs across the property which ranges between 16m and 30m above sea level and boundaries have firebreaks in place.

Located on a no-through road, ensures minimal passing traffic. If you love fishing and boating, this property is central to both beaches and tidal waterways. The nearest tidal boat ramp is 6km. Within 10-15 mins will put you on Rules Beach or Wreck Rock beach. The same amount of time will get you out on Baffle Creek.

Mail can be delivered 5 days a week and the school bus is available.
