40 ACRE BUSH BLOCK

If you crave peace and quiet on your days off, then come and let me show you the sound of silence on these 40 acres (16 ha) where all you hear is the sounds of the birds.

Ranging between 30m and 37m above sea level, the block is high and dry and you could build without fear of flooding. There are two lower lying areas which cut through the block just over half way in. This is where the dam is located.

Less than 15 mins will put you on either Rules Beach or Wreck Rock Beach in the National Park. The same amount of time would get you to a boat ramp on Baffle Creek or Deepwater Creek - both of which are tidal.

If you were to build, mail can be delivered daily and rubbish bin collection is available. Power and phone run past the boundary and the school bus picks up children out front.
