Only 8km from a boat ramp on tidal Deepwater Creek and about 10 minutes from our beautiful Wreck Rock Beach, having been used as a weekender by the current owners for just over 30 years, the time has come to let another family enjoy the property as they have. Most of the furniture seen in photos is included in the sale.

The block is 30 acres (12 ha) and has a powered 30m x 20m shed with a verandah across the front and back of the shed. The end of one verandah has been enclosed and this is where the bathroom is located - there is a long drop toilet outside. Cooking is done on an electric stove and hot water is also electric. The land line is connected.

Approx. 10 acres has been planted with mango trees in the past but these would need to be pruned and regrowth removed. This 10 acres is zoned white meaning it can be cleared of vegetation as you wish.

Ranging between approx. 25m and 40m above sea level, there are two lovely dams. A bush fire has been through a year ago which has cleared out a lot of regrowth making it easy to walk through and see the lay of the land.

Bitumen road to within 4km of the property, if you decided to move, mail is delivered 5 days a week and rubbish bin collection is available. Rates are approx. $1,119.00 per year if paid on time to take advantage of the 10% discount. The school bus for both primary and high school children is available close by

Well known for good fishing, crabbing and prawns, Baffle Creek is an undiscovered area and thus quiet and peaceful. Bitumen roads from north or south, most of our blocks are 40 acres or larger which helps ensure your privacy.
