You will like the vegetation on this 40 acre (16 ha) property which is very central to beaches and tidal waterways if you are looking for a property upon which to set up camp or build a week-ender or home.
The property ranges from 20m to 34m above sea level and slopes from east to west. High and dry, you would not need to worry about flooding. What we call a bush block meaning that it is a vegetated block with no clearing, although some areas are fairly thick with vegetation, many parts are fairly open beneath the canopy.
There are some lovely established trees which you could work with when you clear for your infrastructure. I found a couple of Bush Turkey nests and plenty of wild flowers. Firebreaks have been pushed in the past around boundaries and are quite clear.
Bitumen road from either north or south, there is only about 6km of gravel road to reach the block.
10km to the nearest boat ramp on Deepwater Creek and 19km to one of the boat ramps on Baffle Creek; it would be approx. 15min to either Wreck Rock beach in the Deepwater National Park or Rules Beach.
Power & telephone are available along the front boundary. Rates are approximately $750 per year if advantage is taken of the discount if paid on time. If you were to build, mail is delivered 5 days a week and children could catch the school bus nearby.
