Well established trees are throughout the block. Although I would build up the back to take advantage of the views, there are plenty of alternate house sites.

Although a bush block, it is quite clear beneath the canopy and very easy to walk through. Views of Mount Maria can be seen from certain areas. You would easily find a good dam site.

Telephone and power are available at the front boundary. Mail is delivered 5 days a week and children can catch the school bus out front.
